By using the WPPR website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

WPPR provides free tools for processing PDF and image files that run inside your browser. We do our best to keep the tools accurate and reliable, but they are provided as is and may change, stop or be modified at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools lawfully and only with files you have the right to process. You may not:

• use the site for any activity that breaks the law or the rights of others.
• try to disrupt, hack or damage the site, or bypass its technical limits.
• republish the site's code or content as your own, except as the licenses below allow.
• use automated programs to scrape the site in volumes that burden its service.

3. Your files and responsibility

Your files remain yours, are processed on your device and are not received by us. You are responsible for their content and for having the right to process them. Always keep a copy of your originals before any operation; we do not guarantee that the output will match your expectations for every file, especially damaged, protected or complex files.

4. Signing and conversion tools

The signature added by the Sign PDF tool is a visual drawn signature, not a certified digital signature. Some bodies require a specific type of signature, and you must check their requirements. Likewise, converting PDF to Word or text does not guarantee layout accuracy or word order, especially in right-to-left languages, so review the output before relying on it.

5. Intellectual property and open-source licenses

The site's design, texts, articles and logo are protected and may not be copied or republished without written permission, except for short quotations with attribution and a link to the page. The site uses open-source libraries governed by their own licenses (such as MIT and Apache 2.0), which we list on the About page.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of quality, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPPR and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including loss of files, data or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the site. This is why we advise you to always keep copies of your originals.

8. External links

The site may contain links to external sites (such as the references in articles). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their privacy policies.

9. Privacy

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy linked to these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or the site, or discontinue any part of it, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the country where the site operator resides, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country.
