- What you expected and what actually happened, and any error message shown.

- The approximate file size and number of pages if the problem is with a specific file.
If the problem is with the site itself (a blank page or tools not working), open the site check page and include its result.
Please do not send sensitive files (IDs, contracts, bank statements) as attachments. A description is enough, and we can usually reproduce the problem with a test file.

No, they never reach us. The tools run inside your browser, and you can verify it as shown on the Your files are safe page.

Suggestions are welcome. Tell us what you need and why, and we will consider it based on whether it can run inside the browser.
